Former Nampa landlord arrested for embezzling from his tenants
Former Nampa commercial real estate businessman Jerry Gunstream was arrested today on grand theft charges.
According to the Idaho Press-Tribune, Gunstream is accused of embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from his tenants. He was cleared last year of almost all of the $2.1 million dollars he owed but has been under investigation since 2009.
The Ada County Prosecutor is investigating the case.
